I just completed the application form/submitted my application for a specific role, is there a human on the other side?

We aim to respond to everyone within 3 weeks of receiving their application. While we are a small team, we do understand that communication is very important. At peak times we may take a little longer to respond, but rest assured we will. At that time, we’ll let you know if we’d like to speak to you, need more information, or if at this time your application has been unsuccessful.

What is the interview process like at Puzzel?

Once the job position closed date has passed, we shortlist candidates we would like to telephone interview first. If you are successful, we then organise a first interview and depending on the role you may be invited back for a 2nd interview to showcase your knowledge and skills and to meet your potential new team members.

There are a lot of exciting jobs also listed in other countries – can I apply even though I don’t live in that country?

Providing you are legally able to work in that country, apply for the job and get that CV in!

If I’m turned down, will you provide me with feedback so that I can improve?

Constructive criticism is important for your career path and we love to see future candidates grow. Where possible we will always give feedback, however, sometimes due to the sheer volume of applicants we may not be able to give personalised feedback.
