These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Puzzel and G2 raffle giveaway organized by Puzzel.com (the “Raffle”). By entering the Raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Raffle is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Raffle is open to residents of the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and the Netherlands. Participants outside these areas are not eligible to participate.
Entry: To enter the Raffle, you must leave a review on Puzzel’s G2 web page, as instructed on. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
Raffle Period: The Raffle will start on June 6, 2023, at 00:01 BST and will close once Puzzel has received its 500th G2 review. Entries received outside the Raffle Period will not be considered.
Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period. The winner will be notified via email within a reasonable time after the Raffle Period ends. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize: The raffle prize is a £4,000.00 (or currency equivalent) Sixt Electric car rental gift voucher. The voucher will only be eligible for electric car rentals. Alternatively, the winner can choose for Puzzel to donate £4000.00 directly to the MND Association on its behalf. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Puzzel reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
Publicity: By entering the Raffle, you consent to Puzzel using your name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes, both online and offline, without any payment or compensation.
General Conditions: Puzzel reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms or tampering with the entry process. Puzzel’s decision regarding all matters related to the Raffle will be final and binding. Puzzel reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Raffle in whole or in part, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
The Raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability: Puzzel, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to your participation in the Raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Under no circumstances shall Puzzel be liable for any tax or charges attributable to your participation in the Raffle (including your potential win). Such taxes or charges will be borne exclusively by you.
Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Raffle will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By participating in the Raffle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
