As part of our ongoing commitment towards training our valuable customers, we are offering two open days, one at Puzzel HQ, Oslo on the 17th of December and the other in Stockholm, Sweden on the 20th of December.

The purpose of the training is to refresh you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to become more proficient as a Puzzel admin user. The training session aims at allowing the participants to reinvigorate their knowledge on the key features of the Puzzel platform and understand the benefits that comes along with it. While you become more independent in configuring the Admin portal yourself, you will also be able to provide support to your agents on using Puzzel Agent Application. As a participant, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the solution as well as some practical tips and tricks.

An important part of this day is also to meet other Puzzel Administrators to discuss any issues and work together with tasks/business cases.

The Puzzel training open day consists of both theory and practical exercises conducted in groups. It challenges you to look at your contact centre with a fresh pair of eyes and gain a greater understanding of the opportunities in the existing solution.

This seminar is reserved for existing customers and partners only. We have limited number of seats and reservations are done on first come, first serve basis. Puzzel recommends that there are at least two members from each participating company, which will enable future collaboration on the key findings from the session.

We recommend that all participants bring their own laptop.
