Elevate 2024: It’s a wrap!.

Throughout the month of May, we at Puzzel had the pleasure of hosting the Elevate 2024 event series across five vibrant cities: Oslo, Copenhagen, London, Stockholm and Manchester.  

Following a successful virtual Elevate last year, we were looking forward to meeting our Customer Experience community face-to-face and sharing learnings and advice in real-time. And this event series did not disappoint! While in 2023 we talked at length about the exciting new developments in GenAI, this year, the theme this year was all about its practical applications in the contact centre, helping demystify AI and showcasing how contact centre leaders can begin applying it today to enhance customer interactions. 

This year, we were honoured to have an impressive lineup of speakers from esteemed customer organisations including Ving, IF Insurance, Kingston Council, Lifeplus and Skistar. Additionally, we were privileged to welcome industry luminaries at each of our locations, whose insights left a lasting impact on our audience.  

The learnings from Elevate ’24 were invaluable. We discovered that technology adoption in the contact centre space is not just about implementing new tools; it’s also about strategically reimagining customer interactions. Moreover, technology deployments must continuously evolve and be optimised to deliver in this strategy, while also considering the ongoing development of employee and agent skills to keep pace with technological advancements.  

Across all events, one thing was clear: in today’s rapidly evolving landscape, technology is advancing at an unprecedented rate, and customer expectations are evolving right alongside it. There is also a noticeable generational divide in how individuals prefer to have their queries resolved. To ensure the success of AI implementations, companies must establish guardrails and be thoughtful about their customer journeys, offering the best channel for resolution, whether that’s voice, chat, or a knowledgebase article.  

We firmly believe that nothing compares to the face-to-face connections and real-time learnings shared at events like Elevate ’24. However, for those who were unable to attend, don’t worry! We will be hosting a virtual Elevate event on 20 June.
