Digital inclusivity for improved citizen outcomes

Digital inclusivity for improved citizen outcomes

More than 11 million people across the UK do not have access to the internet or lack the skills and confidence to use services online. This was further impacted by the pandemic where local facilities, such as libraries and council buildings, were closed and yet the challenge of ensuring citizens had access to critical services across multiple channels to ensure digital inclusivity remained.

To ensure your contact centre delivers for all people, it’s important to provide simple and accessible user experiences across a range of channels and adhere to digital inclusivity standards.

Join our exclusive virtual roundtable on Thursday 24th of June at 15:30 co-hosted by Exponential-e and Puzzel, with a keynote speech from Cllr Helen Coomb, Cabinet Member for Transformation and Digital, London Borough of Redbridge, on how you can improve inclusivity for your citizens followed by peer-to-peer discussions.

Exponential-e is passionate about Digital Inclusivity, which is why we support the ‘Good Things Foundation’. For every registration, we will donate £20 to help them continue their excellent work in our communities.
