Introducing our new and improved Help Centre!

The Puzzel Help Centre.

We’ve built a brand new Help Centre to help you get the most out of your Puzzel solutions. Here’s what you need to know.

Puzzel has today launched a brand new Help Centre packed full of useful information, FAQs and user guides to help you get the most out of your Puzzel solutions. Its bright new design makes it easier for you to find what you’re looking for, while our powerful new search bar offers predictive text suggestions to assist with more complex enquiries. Customers and partners no longer need to sign in to access the site and all our resources are now downloadable for your convenience. Our new Support tab also makes it easier to submit and check the status of service tickets.

Our new Help Centre is your one-stop destination for:

  • Knowledgebase: Useful information and frequently asked questions about our Puzzel Contact Centre, Workforce Management (WFM) and Ticketing solutions 
  • Product Documents: User guidestechnical specifications and instruction manuals for our products and integrations 
  • Announcements: The latest news, updates and press releases from the Puzzel team 
  • Release Notes: Technical summaries of our latest updatesincluding new features, improvements and bug fixes 
  • API documentation: Reference materials for working with our API
  • Puzzel Academy: Our online learning portal, chock-full of interactive short courses and resources to support your professional development

The website is also now fully accessible to customers, partners and the public, with no sign in requiredYou can jump online at any time to access our resources or download them to peruse and use offline.

Finally, our new Support tab makes it easier for you to submit service tickets and to check their status online. You can simply click the tab labelled Support on the right-hand side of the homepage and follow the prompts. If you require urgent assistance, our Live Chat can connect you with our friendly support team.

How do I access the Help Centre?

You can access our Help Centre by visiting https://help.puzzel.com/. The site is now fully accessible to customers, partners and the public, with no need to sign in.  

How do I submit a ticket?

To submit a ticket, click the Support tab on the right-hand side of the Help Centre homepage. You will then be given the option to create a new ticket or to check the status of an existing ticket. Simply make your selection and follow the prompts. To chat to our friendly support team, click Live Chat and enter your name, e-mail, customer number and country.

Where can I find the latest release notes?

We update our solutions regularly to ensure they are always running smoothly and effectively for our customers. You can find detailed summaries of our updates, including the latest features, improvements and bug fixes, under Release Notes.

Where can I find the latest news from Puzzel?

You can find all the latest news and press releases from Puzzel under Announcements. Key updates regarding our solutions and services will also be highlighted under What’s New.

What is the Puzzel Academy?

The PuzzelAcademy is our online Learning Management System, where you can find a range of interactive short courses on our Puzzel Contact Centre, WFM and Ticketing solutions, as well as extra digital resources designed to support your professional development. The activities take between 15 and 40 minutes to complete and can be accessed anywhere, at any time and on any device. You can find out more about the Puzzel Academy here.
